Attorney Roger Horgan Appointed as the Solicitor for the Collier Township, Pennsylvania Civil Service Commission

Attorney Roger Horgan has been appointed as the Solicitor for the Collier Township, Pennsylvania Civil Service Commission. In this capacity he will help the Civil Service Commission comply with the complicated laws and regulations involved in hiring and disciplining municipal police officers.  Attorney Horgan was selected for this position because of his background as past President of The Board of Commissioners for Collier Township, his years of work for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in reviewing petitions to have the court review particular cases, and his experience as a lawyer.

Jim Burn discusses voter’s rights on Hardball with Chris Matthews

Last evening Jim Burn joined Congressman Patrick Murphy on Hardball with Chris Matthews to discuss the Republican attacks on voter’s rights in Pennsylvania.

According to Burn, “it was a pleasure joining Congressman Murphy and Chris Matthews to discuss a topic that is very concerning to many of my clients.”
