The victim of a Pennsylvania motorcycle accident remains hospitalized with serious injuries. The crash was one of the three serious accidents that have occurred in the Bristol Township over the last month. The motorcycle accident is still being investigated by local authorities.
The crash occurred in the late night hours after a sedan turned in front of the victim’s motorcycle. The impact threw the rider from his motorcycle. He was transported to a local hospital after suffering critical injuries.
The sedan driver did not sustain any injuries and is now cooperating with authorities. The victim is still in the hospital, but there has been no updated word on his condition. The reasons behind the crash are currently unknown and there has been no word on whether the driver could face criminal charges.
Hopefully the victim in this Pennsylvania motorcycle accident will make a full recovery; however, as a result of the crash there will likely be medical bills and costs associated with his injuries. Although no word has been issued on the possibility of a lawsuit, the man could seek civil compensation against the driver, especially if negligence is found to be a contributing factor. Seeking such claims can bring monetary judgments that assist accident victims in paying their medical bills and any other costs that they may have due to accident injuries. Lost wages and physical recovery time can also be considered, among other factors. Such an accident can be traumatic for the victim, especially if permanent injuries are involved.
